Rental Rates
Rates are seasonal $1500 to $3000 per week. Rental periods more than one week are negotiable.
50% rental cost to hold reservations – full rental balance plus $1500 security deposit due 10 days prior to rental. Once cleaning, inspection and inventory is completed after rental is completed deposit is refunded within 10 days.
